COLORS
LGNC aims to show the products as correctly as possible. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings, your computer and monitor. LGNC cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal and expected wear and tear due to usage your right to complain is renounced. In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact us on the CONTACT page. If the complaint is valid, we will provide you with a shipping label for your return that covers all return expenses.

PRICES, CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX/VAT

If your order is placed within Europe the France sales taxes and VAT are included in the price. Additional duties will not be added upon arrival in the country of destination. This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If, however, your order is placed outside the EU, you will not have to pay the France sales Taxes and VAT but you will have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. Vaillant Studio is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs.

PLACING AN ORDER
We reserve the right to cancel your order in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:

• Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.

• Your order has been placed for the purpose of committing fraud, etc. or committed in connection with a criminal act or other illegal activity.

• An unintentional error occurs on the website, for example a payment error, item is out of stock etc.

Before placing the order, you have the option to change the information you have entered, including delivery and invoice information or payment information. You can also modify your order including changing or removing items from your order. When your order is placed a receipt will appear on your screen and you are bound by the purchase. At this stage you cannot modify or cancel your order. As soon as your goods leave our warehouse, your payment will be deducted from the card that you have used to place the order.
